For the upcoming 2023 season there will be a significant change to the rules. While we want a parent to be in attendance at their child’s game, we will be re-instating a waiver that will allow another relative/friend to bring the player provided the parent and individual follow the procedure detailed below:
- Parent identifies a person to substitute and bring player to game
- That person is required to register as a volunteer on the website.
- Both the parent and the individual will be required to complete and sign the waiver form.
- Signed form will be maintained by Executive director and/or volunteer coordinator.
- Prior to season starting, Coaches will be given a list of players with these forms completed and names of parental substitute
- These forms will need to be completed and signed prior to the anticipated date of use
